What's Bob got to do with it?

I learned from a gentle, abandoned dog that we are all the sum of our experiences.  This dog, Bob, helped me understand that the patience and understanding I can have for dogs is something that it would be good to have for people, too.  So now, when I get frustrated at another human, instead of getting angry or hurt, I try to pause and think about their behavior as a sum of what they've learned in life and try to impart a new and better experience for myself and for them.

BAMF is what you need it to be.

BAMF is what you need it to be.

Yes, BAMF stands for Bad A$$ MFer.

And, at first, we struggled with how we could use it for Superfun. But it was authentically part of our story. And just begging to be shared.

And Marion (the OG BAMF bracelet maker) mentioned that someone she knew told people it was Beautiful And Most Fabulous. And another friend, the father of a young girl, said he would tell her it was Best At Making Friends. And a team-member said she really liked Breathe And Move Freely.

And we realized it was what you made it. What you needed it to be. Changing. Static. For yourself. Through you to others.

Thank you for sharing Abbie. You are, indeed, a creature of grace and a creature of power. And we love you.

RG Abbie @awkwardab: Thank you, @brachstar. Seeing you Friday was exactly the catalyst I needed to remember how much the #bamf life is my most authentic life. In only two days, the phrase has ebbed and flowed from vulnerability to strength and everywhere in between. This morning on my run, it said "Breathe deeply And Meet the day with Faith," and today as I arrived at school, I looked down and it read "baddas mf." I am both. I am a creature of grace and a creature of power. Sharing the power of #bamf with dear friends is simply an added gift.💕🌟✌🙏💥💜

You are more than enough. Right now.

You are more than enough. Right now.

When Marion first gave me a BAMF bracelet, I wasn't sure that the definition fit me. But it wasn't long before it because an anchor reminding me that I was always enough. And that I was even more than enough when I was authentic to myself. Even when I was sad and lonely and struggling.

Thanks, Megan, for sharing your honest, authentic self with the BAMF community. Love you.
